Why should your pet’s diet include all-natural snacks?
Our all-natural ingredients including: tomatoes, garlic, and canola oil, provide many of the vitamins and antioxidants that are proven to improve hair, skin, and nails, and assist in the body’s immune system. The health and well being of your pet is our main focus, and we search for the freshest and purest ingredients available for use in Treat Boutique snacks.

What makes our “Treat Boutique” treats different from other snacks?
Our treats are the freshest that you can buy because the treats are custom baked per order in small quantities to guarantee superior quality and flavor. We do not sell to stores and other retail outlets because our veterinarian-approved recipes do not use any type of preservatives or chemicals. Our goal is to avoid any product staleness that can occur with “shelf” products. You can only purchase Treat Boutique treats directly from Happy Tails by phone, fax, email, or on-line web site orders. All orders will be shipped within 72 hours from receipt of order.

Are our treats safe & healthy?
Definitely! All of our recipes were developed and approved by veterinarians to be healthy and appetizing for our canine and feline friends. Because the ingredients used in our recipes are “human-quality”, your pet will be assured the same high standards in food quality as the foods you consume. In addition, none of our treats contain added salt, sugars, artificial coloring, artificial flavoring, preservatives, or excess fats. Special care is taken in the storage of ingredients, the mixing & baking process, and the packaging of the treats to ensure that the finished product is as safe as possible for your special pet.

What is the best way to store the product?
The best way to keep your treats fresh is to store them at room temperature and keep them in the poly-lined, reclosable bag provided with your purchase. The treats should remain tasty and fresh for approximately four months -- but we don’t think that your pets will let their treats last that long!

Are there any ingredients that could cause my pet to have an allergic reaction?
Allergies? Our wheat-free and corn-free treats will keep your dog or cat happy and healthy. Just be sure to request wheat-free or corn-free treats when you order any of our products.

Which snacks are best for my overweight pet?
Sweet Licks cinnamon flavor treats provide the lowest fat content for your pet.

How many snacks can I feed my pet a day?
There is no limit on the number of treats that you can feed your pet per day. However, our treats are not designed to replace a nutritionally-balanced diet.

Concerned about shopping online?
We use a secure server for your ordering safety. When you order any product from Happy Tails, your credit card and other payment information is encrypted so only we can access your order. Your private information will be safe, and we will never use or distribute your personal information in any way except to process your order.

Can my order be sent to a different address?
YES! When placing your order, either through our online store or by using the printable order form, you are given the option to have your order sent to a shipping address other than your billing address.

Shipping
All of our orders are shipped using the U.S. Postal Service. Shipping rates are based on the total amount (weight) of the order. Shipping will be calculated once you enter your shipping address.
